A 5- week journey where you will create a new INNER DIALOGUE about yourself.
The INNER DIALOGUE program integrates the use of meditation, asana, active breathwork, journaling & art expression. We work together to help create a loving and compassionate relationship with YOU.

I ask because I’ve been there. I was so sick and tired of continuously feeling this way. Everytime I would brush my teeth I would rip myself to shreds (just one of many examples). Every single thought I had about myself was so destructive, and I had no idea…it was automatic, deeply embedded, and I knew no other way to think about myself.
When I started my journey of introspection, I knew that I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling, and I knew that I didn’t want others to feel this way anymore too.
I am here to remind you that you have the absolute power to change your relationship with yourself. Now is your time! You deserve to have the relationship of your dreams, but this one is with yourself.
You deserve to give yourself ultimate love and compassion. It takes great courage to go within, but let me tell you something… you are worth it!

Be able to no longer take on the ideas and energies that other people have bestowed upon you.

A new INNER DIALOGUE takes practice, patience, and dedication.
In the INNER DIALOGUE Program, you will…
Learn to change limiting beliefs about yourself.
With investigation, compassion, a whole lot of love, and patience with yourself you have the absolute ability to change how you perceive yourself. When you start to change your world inside, your world outside will start to shift too.
Go inward and connect to your heart, finding a deeper spiritual connection to yourself.
You will start to become your number one person. You will discover what your INNER CHILD needs and develop a strong bond with them. You will get to express yourself in a safe, nurturing environment. You will learn to connect with your heart, and to understand what YOU need! Often times we are doing things and we rarely stop to understand why we behave in certain ways. We haven’t been given the time to get to know ourselves. When we do start to learn what our needs are and nourish them, we begin to have a better understanding of ourselves. You will tune into your mind, body, and spirit’s needs.
Learn to build a nurturing, loving, and self-compassionate relationship with yourself.
You will be given tools to be gentle with yourself! Please if there is anything that is taken from this program is that you please please please learn to be gentle with yourself. We have enough of the world, family units, jobs, and societal pressures that are giving us a hard enough time. We don’t need to add more to that pressure by giving ourselves a hard time. It’s just too much. This is why we experience burnout, feeling unfulfilled, and a slew of other emotions that surface in our lives. I want you to be your greatest lover. Your best friend. I wish for all of us to love ourselves the way we love our favorite human or even fur baby!
Be given tools to help you navigate through the challenges that we face each day.
This program will use journaling, meditation, breathwork, art expression, and asana practices, which are tools that I have found to help me over the years. I invite you to explore all of the modalities and see which one speaks to you. You may also find that one modality will work for a certain mindset or period of time, and then the following day or week it may be a different modality. The idea is that we are flexible in using the tools that are given. The key is to finding balance and listen to what we need in each emotional state we are experiencing.
The program at a glance…
Observe.
In module 1 we will meet for a live session to get your journey started. Over the week you will learn to become the witness. Giving yourself compassion, grace, and a lot of love.
Get Curious.
Module 2 through journaling, meditation, and art expression you will get to uncover where your thoughts and narratives are rooted from.
Create Space.
Module 3 we will meet for a live session. What you discovered in the previous module will energetically be moved out of the body, creating space through active breathwork, meditation, and journaling.

Module 4 is a live session of a Yoga Nidra meditation, journaling, and art expression where you will meet your inner child.
In addition to the live session, the module contains 5 self-paced lessons that will allow you to develop a deep relationship with your inner child.

Integrate. Dedicate.
Re-writing a new INNER DIALOGUE.
Here you will create and integrate your new INNER DIALOGUE. This portion of the program asks you to dedicate at least 9 weeks to integrate your new belief system. You will be guided in various ways to help embody this new belief as your brain takes its time in creating a new neural pathway.
FAQs
What if I am not able to make a live session?
No problem! The sessions will be recorded and you will have access to them once they are up in the portal.
Will I get 1:1 support during the program?
You will be able to email questions that you have, and they will be answered virtually during work week hours set by Kimi. You can have the option to book a 1:1 session if you are looking to go deeper into your work, at an additional cost.
How long do I have to commit to the program?
A 3-month commitment is asked of you. The program is designed to build new neural pathways. Science has shown that it takes over 60 plus days to create a stronger pathway. You have the option to continue to access the content after 90 days with a monthly membership.
What this program is not.
This program is not a substitution for a mental health specialist. If you have a pre-existing mental health condition, it is suggested that you speak with your doctor to see if this program is suitable. In my journey, I have always felt that the more support I had the better.
